Hi, I’m Kate, a dedicated acupuncturist with a passion for helping people achieve better physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in 2010, earning a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and a license to practice, allowing me to treat both adults and children. 

 

I integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element Acupuncture, tailoring treatments to support a wide range of health concerns. I have a particular interest in headaches, IBS, and stress-related conditions, and I’m trained in Dr. Tan’s Balance Method for musculoskeletal issues. I also provide lifestyle and dietary advice, alongside using techniques such as tuina massage and moxibustion to enhance treatment outcomes. 

I am especially passionate about women’s health and have postgraduate training in fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. My approach is holistic, aiming not just to relieve symptoms but to restore overall balance and well-being. 

 

As a Diploma-qualified Paediatric Acupuncturist, I offer gentle, child-friendly techniques such as Shonishin, a non-needling Japanese acupuncture method designed specifically for children. 

 

Before training as an acupuncturist, I earned a degree in business studies and worked in marketing in London. Later, I moved to France, where I renovated a property before discovering acupuncture and experiencing its profound benefits on my own health. This inspired me to pursue a career in holistic medicine. 

 

Alongside my acupuncture practice, I hold qualifications in counselling studies and have bereavement support training, which helps me provide compassionate, patient-centred care. 

I’m a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), ensuring I uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
